When am I charged?
On Monthly: nothing today. Your first month is free, applied automatically in the cart (one free month per customer). ¥1,600 / month starts at your first renewal and repeats until you cancel, and your first $10 store credit arrives with that first renewal (month 2). On Yearly: ¥15,000 is billed at checkout. 20% off and free shipping unlock immediately on both.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No fees, no commitment. Cancel from your account page any time (or email support@umaiclothing.com if you need a hand). Your benefits stay active through the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
How does the $10 monthly credit work?
Fresh $10 store credit is deposited on each monthly renewal starting month 2, and expires at the end of that calendar month. Use it on anything in the shop. It stacks with your 20% and free shipping.
What are past exclusives?
Weekly and monthly drops that left the public store forever. Members get the whole archive back, 192 designs and counting. Add UMAI+ to your cart and the collection unlocks instantly.
What happens to my Vault progress if I cancel?
The Vault is in development. Members get first access when it opens. When it launches, your collection will be tied to your account, and anything you pull will remain yours if you later cancel; member-exclusive packs would stop with the membership.
