Online Orders & Shipping

Why has my order been returned to you?

An order will typically be returned to us due to an invalid address or because someone was unable to receive the package at the time of delivery. Please email us immediately so we can re-ship the package. If the package isn't claimed within 28 days, we are unable to re-ship the package.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order has not enter production which typically takes 1-3 days, so email us at support@umaiclothing.com immediately!

When will my order arrive?

We custom make every order in-house. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for all items to be made before shipment. After your item(s) have been processed, you will receive your order based off of the live shipping estimates available at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping costs are typically very low and are calculated by three main factors: 

  1. The total weight of your order.
  2. Where your order is being sent to. 
  3. How quickly you want to receive your order (i.e. standard or expedited). 

To find out exactly how much shipping might cost you, add a product to your cart and start the checkout process. Enter your shipping address and a rate will be calculated for you. You can then decide if you want to continue checking out.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

What if Im charged custom fees?

Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs rules make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.

Can you stack discounts?

Unfortunately, you are only able to have one discount per order unless the site states otherwise. However, if you are an Umai+ member, your 20% discount will stack with all other store discounts.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

If you order has not had a tracking update in over a month we will give you a full refund on your order. If your tracking says the order was delivered we are unable to give a refund. Please contact us if if these issues arise so we can investigate the issue and find solutions for you.

UMAI+

Do I need to have an account with Umai?

Yes! Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account if you don’t already have one.

How does the store credit system work?

Each month you will be given $10 in store credit added to your account. Your credits expire at the end of the month. The credits you earn from cash back do not expire.

Is the membership fee a recurring charge?

Yes. Members pay $10 every month for access to the membership program. There are no termination fees or hidden costs!

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership from your member portal at any time. Please note that upon cancellation, you will immediately lose access to all membership benefits. We do not provide refunds or credits, including partially used billing periods.

How do I become a member?

Add the membership to your cart from this page and check out! Then you will be prompted to either create an account or sign in to your existing account.

My benefits aren’t working. Why?

You have to be signed into your account to access your membership benefits.

Does the member pricing combine with other store sales and bundles?

Absolutely! Your 20% discount will apply to the final price of your purchase, after all other eligible discounts have been taken into consideration. So, you can rest assured that you'll be getting the best possible price for your purchase.
