When am I charged?
$10 is charged today, then again every month on the same date until you cancel. 20% off and free shipping unlock immediately. Your first $10 store credit drops on the second monthly renewal.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, no fees, no commitment. Cancel any time from your account page (or email support@umaiclothing.com if you need a hand). Your benefits stay active through the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again.
Does my $10 monthly credit roll over?
No. The credit is deposited fresh on each monthly renewal starting month 2, and expires at the end of that calendar month. Use it or lose it. We recommend setting a calendar reminder around month-end if you tend to wait on purchases.
Does the 20% member discount stack with sales?
Member discount applies to full-price items only. It does not stack with site-wide sales or with our Buy 2 Get 2 Free promotions; you'll get the better of the two automatically at checkout.
What happens to my Vault progress if I cancel?
Your card collection, Yuki, and Vault progress are saved to your account permanently — they don't get deleted on cancellation. Member-exclusive packs and the monthly free pack stop, but everything you've already pulled is yours forever.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders ship in 3-7 business days. International orders take 7-21 business days depending on customs. All UMAI+ orders include free shipping at any speed.
What if I forget my login or change emails?
Use the password-reset link on the login page, or email support@umaiclothing.com from your registered address and we'll help recover your account, including your Vault collection.
